Jamaica

Hotel Renovation

Renovation of interior rooms and corridors of the 7-floor hotel. For an improved schedule and quality control, joint ventured with Jamaican contractor to perform all interior trades. 

Beachfront Resort/Condo Hotel

Two 13-floor towers, 11 villas and a spa building. Established and implemented a customized Project Execution Plan to obtain Permit for twice the permissible density ratio. Plan allowed accelerated sales and closings and provided funding for the initiation of site mobilization, land clearing, mass earth work and deep foundations and pile work.

Dominican Republic

Beachfront Mixed Use Resort

Development of 300 room hotel, condominiums, conference center, meeting rooms and Westin Spa, among other amenities. Project management services: prepared project execution plan which allowed for multiple contractors and the start of condo unit sales. Assembled project team, initiated site mobilization, land clearing, massive earth work and deep foundations. 

Mixed Use Urban Mall and Business Center

Project comprising class A office building, 2 floors retail, and 170 room hotel. Project Management services, in collaboration with Fluor Daniel, for pre-development and pre-construction phases, including sourcing of international debt financing to improve project’s financial bottom line.

Florida

Oceanfront Condominium

Provided advice and technical services to owner on development matters of two 44-floor towers. Provided clarifications and support for the procurement of the Temporary Certificates of Occupancy required for the closing of condo unit sales contracts.
