CSD Group, Inc. is a Real Estate Project Development firm with offices strategically located in South Florida to service the Caribbean and Central and South America. In an effort to expand our development services and strengthen our long-term relationships, CSD Group has formed partnerships with a renown development and real estate and marketing firms in the industry. A reputable and branded firm, will increase the brand recognition of any project and facilitate the success of the development.

As a team, our goal remains the same, to maximize our project clients’ interests at all times. We seek to produce cost effective solutions and cut operating expenses, thus increasing the availability of capital and ensuring better financial deals for real estate developments.

CSD may be retained to lead an entire project from concept to completion, providing Project Pre-Development and/or Development Services. It may also be retained to support a lead developer, providing Construction Project Management Services, or it may be retained to provide specific, individual services in a given project offering Project Controls Services, consisting of scheduling, estimating and contract management.

Our services can be quickly tailored to fit our clients’ needs and requirements. They are provided as needed, either as single discipline in single phases of a project or as a team or disciplines in the development of a large project.

CSD Group will also selectively consider entering into a joint venture partnership with the project client. In this role, CSD will partner and undertake the development of a project or program concept, produce project feasibility analyses and build project and owner teams.
