As Construction Project Manager At-Risk, CSD, works alongside the architect, engineer and project client to optimize project design, schedule and cost. Balancing all the variables and their relative costs become essential elements of success. First, a guaranteed maximum price is negotiated based on the design documents. CSD becomes the single point of contact and will bid all trade contracts to ensure the lowest price from qualified subcontractors. Based on project requirements and location, CSD can also partner or joint venture with local firms to ultimately maximize the project’s staffing requirements.
