Project Director

Mr. Richter is the Managing Director of CSD Group, Inc., an international project development services firm providing development, project, program and construction project management to the hospitality, residential and commercial industries.

Prior to CSD-Group Inc, Mr. Richter represented some of the finest fortune 500 and top ten ENR firms in their strategic development of real estate in Europe and the US. In his role as an executive, he initiated the business and developed a network of local resources to deliver projects in the region. Mr. Richter also had oversight over a capital improvement program of a reputable American bank in South America; Mr. Richter initiated business and project development for the commercial institution operating unit in the region. Additionally, Richter was responsible for the pre-development and development of a new theme park in Europe.

Mr. Richter holds a degree in Engineering and Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Munich, Germany. He also completed various Real Estate Investment Certificate Programs at UCLA and he obtained a degree from the Technical College in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. Memberships include: the Urban Land Institute (ULI); the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); and the German American Business Chamber Commerce of Florida, (GABC).

Hotel Operations and Asset Management

Mr. Sicher is our hotel operations and asset management consultant. For the last three years he has worked with clients in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East in management task force assignments and asset management efforts. In his extensive career, Mr. Sicher has held executive positions in International first-class hotels.

He joined Marriott International in 1977 and served for 28 years as general manager in Washington D.C., Missouri, the Republic of Panama, Germany, Puerto Rico and Spain. He opened the Marriott Hotel in Panama and the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa in Spain. His assignments with Marriott also included the re-branding and complete renovation and expansion of the Breckenridge Inn of the Spanish Pavilion in Saint Louis and the CP Plaza in Frankfurt into Marriott Hotels. In 1994, Marriott commissioned him with the rebuilding, opening and management of the former Dupont Plaza hotel, now the highly successful San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino.

Mr. Sicher is fluent in German, Spanish and English.

Project Controls

Tania Useda serves as Project Controls Assistant offering our clients over 10 years of valuable experience. Ms. Useda provides support to a variety of project related services such as cost estimating, scheduling, project reporting and document control.

In addition, Ms. Useda assists in the development of vital project documents relating to the financing, design and construction management of projects.

For the last five years, Ms. Useda has been involved in several high profile projects in the Caribbean and the US playing an integral role of the development team. Prior to CSD Group, Ms. Useda served as Project Coordinator for a Chicago based development firm; In this role, Ms. Useda acted as a liaison to the Project Manager concerning: bids, budgets, reports and design and construction documents. Ms. Useda also served as marketing Coordinator during the pre-opening phase of a high-rise luxury condo-hotel in South Florida.

Ms. Useda is fluent in English and Spanish and benefits from a multi-cultural background. She holds a degree in Business Management from Keiser University and a Management of Information Systems degree from Florida International University.

Assistant Project Coordinator

Ms. Richter, Assistant Project Coordinator for CSD Group, oversees the company�s business development, marketing, and sales. In addition to her focus on marketing, Richter also assists with business planning, vision planning, and project launching strategies.

Prior to CSD Group, Richter worked for a General Contractor�s firm where she also handled the company�s sales, marketing, and business development. In addition to her role in business development, Richter also created media for various projects including: requests for qualifications, client proposals, and company brochures. She also assisted with the creation of pre-qualification questionnaires, and subcontractor review procedures.

Ms. Richter holds a degree in Marketing from Florida State University. She is an active member of the university�s International Business Association where she served as University Relations Manager from 2006 to 2007. She is also fluent in Spanish.
